Our team has extensive experience developing, facilitating, and supporting ongoing adult-learning programs on virtual platforms. That work includes-
Supported the development, implementation, and debrief of a 6-month-long training program on strategic communications for a national cohort of mid-career communications professionals at nonprofits serving rural communities.
Developed and conducted a virtual training on management best practices for director-level staff on a statewide campaign.
Built and facilitated a curriculum for ongoing virtual training two times weekly through the election cycle for organizing staff.
Created and conducted 18 weeks of in-depth virtual trainings and discussions for political campaign volunteers, organizers, and candidates in the 2020 election cycle.
multi-day retreats and trainings
The Sage team can support the process from start to finish: planning, participant communication, vendor coordination, travel logistics, onsite management, and debrief. Our team has organized multi-day team retreats for nonprofits, small businesses, and national foundations. These projects include-
Conducted 6 multi-day staff onboarding trainings, including logistics, agenda, and material development, over a two month period in the Twin Cities metro area.
Managed all logistics for a 2-day-long training for 150 organizing staff and supported on the development of the curriculum and training materials.
Planned and managed all logistics for a 4-day-long staff retreat in Missoula, Montana, including lodging, meals, meeting space, and entertainment.
Private Events
Our team has organized small and large-scale political campaign fundraisers, nonprofit galas, organizational launch events, and networking events.
Weddings
Our team has planned showers, weddings at various venues throughout Minnesota, including private residences in greater Minnesota, Garten Marketplatz in Byron, Trapeze and Brother Justus Whiskey Company in Minneapolis.
